Dimension 40 x 30cm with steel lugs to attach to the collecting container. The whole structure can be recomposed. The cross is fitted with 192 diodes charged with 8 pencils. If you use high-quality batteries, you can expect a 2-3 day stall. Power 15,5 W.

Attractant and a Fixative Fluid

It is important to know what I expect from a trap. When it comes to complete research, when I need to find out what´s in the locality, I will use ordinary water of about 2 liters.

Trap content needs to be removed within a week otherwise there is a risk that smaller material will start rotting.

 Cerambycidae

We recommend making a mix of wine, water and a few drops of detergent (e.g. a dish washing Jar). Wine serves as attractant in this case.In such a solution together with the Cerambycidae prevail the most Silphidae, Buprestidae, Staphylinidae, Elateridae, Hymenoptera, Dioptera etc.It should be noted that the amount of material obtained using the UV tape is far higher...The material needs to be picked out after about 3-4 days.

Scarabaeidae & Geotrupidae

Attractant: along with the excrement it is advisable to add some vinegar and a few drops of detergent (e.g.a dish washing Jar)

 Carabidae and others

Here as a fixation serves water with salt and some vinegar with a few drops of detergent (e.g. a washing Jar)

Location of a raid trap is good: near a wood dump, near a cluster of branches, near a fallen tree or a broken tree, near a forest glade. By other words - in places where increased flight aktivity of insects can be expected.
